Finannčí analýza a akvizice průmyslového podniku

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je „Finanční analýza a technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení průmyslového podniku“. Finanční analýza je prováděna v období 2011 – 2015. Finanční analýza je založena na použití analýz poměrových ukazatelů, analýzy soustav poměrových ukazatelů. V diplomové práce se zabývám bankrotními a bonitními modely. V části věnované technicko-ekonomickému zhodnocení jsem provedl výpočet čisté současné hodnoty v realistické a optimistické variantě. Dále jsem vypočetl dobu návratnosti opět v realistické a pesimistické variantě. Na závěr jsem provedl analýzu rizik. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti Lanex a.s. a posouzení zda je podnik vhodný ke koupi.

The topic of the thesis is "Financial analysis and techno-economic evaluation of the industrial enterprise". The financial analysis is carried out in the period 2011 – 2015. The financial analysis is based on the use of analysis financial ratios, analysis of systems of financial ratios. In the thesis I deal with bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In the section dedicated to the technical-economic evaluation I performed a net present value calculation in the realistic and optimistic scenario. Furthermore, I calculated the payback period once again in the realistic and pessimistic scenario. In conclusion, I conducted a risk analysis. The aim of the thesis is to assess the financial situation of the company Lanex a.s. and an assessment of whether the firm is suitable to buy.
