Implemetace nového informačního systému v prostředí malé/střední firmy

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji implementaci nového informačního systému do společnosti MORIS design s.r.o. V první, teoretické části, popisuji obecné požadavky na implementaci informačního systému a prostředky, které jsou k tomu nutné. V druhé, praktické části provádím pomocí SWOT analýzy popis stavu společnosti, ve kterém se nachází také stávající informační systém a jeho nedostatky, popis požadavků na nový systém, výběr implementačního partnera, dále popis samotné implementace a závěrečné shrnutí celého procesu včetně změn, které ve společnosti nastaly. Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je popsat proces implementace informačního systému v praxi v menší společnosti, kde nejsou přímo specializovaní pracovníci, kteří by měli se samotnou implementací zkušenosti.

In my thesis is devoted to the implementation of a new information system the company MORIS design ltd. In the first part, I describe the general requirements the implementation of information systems and resources that are necessary for this purpose. The second part is performed using SWOT analysis, description of the state of society in which there is also an existing information system and its shortcomings, the description for the new system, the choice of implementation partner, as well as the description of the implementation and the final summary of the entire process, including changes in society occurred. The main objective of this paper is to describe the process of implementation of the information system in practice in smaller companies, which are not directly specialized staff, who should be the actual implementation experience.
