Abstract

The master thesis deals with the creation of a scenario of the responce of the media and social networks to an emergency situations. It further specifies thwe functioning and principle of social networks and media sharing. The work approaches the function of VOS teams in assisting crisis management authorities in emergencies. Furthermore, their structure on a global scale. The media and social network response scenario itself is ready to be implemented in any of the software that is introduced and described in this master thesis. The scenario can also be used by other workplaces or institutions involved in training people to deal with crisis situations. The scenario contains the reactions of social networks, regional reporters and possible extraordinary broadcasts of national televisions, to which i tis necessary to respond in due course.
