Abstract

This project puts mind to realization of the RFID-based supply chain showcase demonstration. Project puts emphasis on RFID-based supply chain communication standards, defined by GS1 EPCglobal organization. Core software parts of the project were realized by the IBM software products, which applied EPCglobal standards, WebSphere Sensor Events and InfoSphere Traceability Server. Main goal of the project was simulation of the RFID-based supply chain, based on standardized architecture and standardized communication models. Simulation took place at the university laboratory - ILAB RFID.
