Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate a business plan for an equestrian stable. In the first part of the thesis are defined important CONCEPTS related to the topis. In the second part the surrounding of intended equestrian stable is analysed using four chosen methods (SLEPT, Porter model, 7S and SWOT). In the third part the specific elaboration of the business plan is defined.
