Chemická a mikrobiologická analýza vod na vybraných přírodních koupalištích v Prešovském kraji

Abstract

The aim of my diploma work is describe and monitor the situation and conditions of water’s quality during summer holidays – summer bathing season in two natural pools situated in Prešov’s landscape whjejich were choosed by myself. I would like to show in my diploma work the negative effect of bacterial species Salmonella enterica, Escherichia to human health. Presence of these bacterial species in natural or non-natural pools can cause bad quality of water and serious illneesses in the human organism, whjejich can finish by death. In my diploma work I would like to afford and familiarize you about the possibilities of prevention before these bakteria.
