Perspektiva možného využití ekologických pelet v poměrech Ostravy

Abstract

The present thesis deals with the economic and ecological aspects of using ekologic pellets in conditions of Ostrava. In thesis I compared emission situation of Czech Republic, Moravian-Silesian Region and city of Ostrava. Next I decribed using different kinds of heating medium and especially ekologic pellets in conditions of family house. I have suggested change of heating source in particular districts of Ostrava. My suggestion is swapping black coal with wood pellets. The reuslt of comparing heating in paritcular city districts is finding that ecological way of heating is less expensive. My next conlusion is that integral part of ecological progress is public awareness.
