Integrovaný systém řízení podle norem ISO 9001, ISO 14001 a OHSAS 18001

Abstract

Theme of integrated management system according to standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 was chosen because of permanently growing interest of companies in not only the certification according to the first mentioned standard, but mainly considering the growing number of companies certified according to the other two standards.

The main aim of the doctoral thesis is to identify the company practice during implementation of integrated management system, to suggest the requirements fusion of standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and to assess the compatibility of standard SA 8000 with the above mentioned standards. Supporting targets and three original hypotheses were defined to achieve the main target.

The doctoral thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part first determines hypotheses, aims and methods and then deals with the theory for management systems. The practical part describes the research focusing on companies experience with implementation of integrated management system and fulfillment ratio of standard SA 8000 requirements in Czech companies.

Base on research signal is proposed process for implementation of integrated management system and there are integrated requirements of standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. In doctoral thesis is pronounced an opinion, that in near future will be further development of integrated management system and integration will be extended by another standards.

The result of doctoral thesis is summarization and systemizing of acquired knowledge. The results of research, incorporation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements and analysis of their compatibility with requirements of standard SA 8000 can be considered as the contribution of the thesis.
