Abstract
My work describes the KORAS Reality s. r. o. company and the restaurant KORAS and mountain Excelsior hotel. It describes the theoretical bases of job satisfaction, whitch was used to analyze employees satisfaction in the company. The research was conducted through a questionnaire and interview. Results of my enquiry were processed and evaluated in clearly arranged graphs and tables. At the end of my work I take account of comments and suggestions posed by the employees in order to improve the overall job satisfaction of employees KORAS Reality s. r. o.
