Návrh systému hodnocení a výběru dodavatelů

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je problematika výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů v podmínkách velké firmy strojírenského zaměření. Ve společnosti Vítkovice Heavy Machinery byla provedena analýza současného stavu hodnocení dodavatelů, která odhalila negativní prvky i potenciální rizika. Hlavním cílem práce bylo navrhnout novou metodiku hodnocení a výběru dodavatelů, která povede k odstranění nedostatků, minimalizaci rizika a větší transparentnosti při výběru dodavatelů. V závěrečné části práce byla provedena komparativní analýza nové metody se současným stavem a navrženy doporučení a postup implementace nového systému.

The subject of this thesis is the selection and evaluation of suppliers in a large engineering company. In the company Vitkovice Heavy Machinery was performed the analysis of the current state of supplier evaluation, which revealed negative elements and potential risks. The main objective of this work was to propose a new methodology for evaluation and selection of suppliers, which result in the elimination of deficiencies, minimize risk, and greater transparency in the selection of suppliers. In the final part of the thesis is the comparative analysis of the new method with the current state and proposed recommendations and the process of implementation of the new system.
