Abstract
This Bachelor`s essay deal with a proposal of the financial calendar of the construction of the Verona apartment house. It contains the item budget of the construction part of the project. It also contains a time schedule of the construction part, the screening protocols and invoices are made based on this time schedule. The Building Engineering deal with a design of the 1st floor and the section of the building, other parts are only studies. It also contains a technical report.
