Hodnocení mechanických vlastností keramiky pro pancéřování

Abstract

This thesis focuses on describing and distribution of ceramic materials, further description of ceramic materials used for military purposes and describes methods for the evaluation of fracture toughness of ceramics using hardness. The work also includes an experimental section containing the results of a test sample photos of ceramics Al2O3 + ZrO2, which has been measured hardness and fracture toughness subsequent calculation according to the general Liang’s relationship.
