Podpora rozvoje lidských zdrojů prostřednictvím Operačního programu Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost

Abstract

The aim of Diploma Thesis is to map out the ways and forms of support for human resources within the European Union and especially in the Czech Republic with the aid of the Operational Program for Human Resources and Employment. Then, present the way how the program reflects to the promotion of human resources analysis and the specific project selection in the region of Zlín. For this purpose, I have had the opportunity to use designed project application called "Quality, efficiency and accessibility", presented by Charity St. of Vojtěch Slavičín. The Diploma Thesis is divided into five chapters. The second chapter is focused on human resource development in the context of economic and social cohesion policy in the European Union and the Czech Republic. The third chapter is designed in two parts. The first part is presented by the Operational Program for Human Resources and Employment as a key of program document to support the development of human resources in the Czech Republic. The second part of this chapter is focused on the situational analysis of the Zlín region. In the fourth chapter there are described and analyzed selected parts of the project proposals „Quality, Efficiency and Accessibility ", which was presented to the Operational Program for Human Resources and Employment.
