Abstract
The thesis deals with the classification, labelling and packaging of the dangerous substances and mixtures in accordance with the European Parliament and the Council regulation No. 1272/2008 (CLP regulation). It compares GHS system requirements and the CLP regulation in the given area and provides information on requirements for classification into categories by the level of dangerousness according to the CLP regulation. It presents and explains new current classification based on practical examples of dangerous substances.
