Abstract

The aim of this thesis is make a base for strategic analysis using Balanced Scorecard method. Results of thesis will be base for proposal of strategic theme for management of analysed company. The focus of this thesis is devided to two directions. First is actual tools for measurements of economics performance and the second is new alternative method of complex analysis, which was never been realise in the company and which can give to management space for expand of view of company. It’s consist of two part – theoretical and practical. Theoretical parts it’s base for Balanced Scorecard method and for present technics of measurements of economics performance. Practical part, evaluated company from four perspectives of Balanced Scorecard and described space for improvement. Final part focusing to complex summary of analyse and describing horizon for implementation.
