Motivační aspekty rozvoje lidského potenciálu hasičského záchranného sboru

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis “Motivational Aspects of Human Development Potential of the Fire and Rescue Service“ is to analyse the approach to the motivation of the progress of the human potential of rescue fire-brigade. The first part contains theoretical recourses, that are important for explaining the notions refering to the motivation, human resources management, progress of the human potential, education and advancement of the employees, system of bonuses, employee benefits, and non-cash motivations. Second part describes mission and activities of the rescue fire-brigade, integrated rescue system, and organizational structure. Third part contains analysis of the approach to the motivation of the progress of the human potential. In fourth chapter there are suggestions for organization´s management.
