Návrh optimalizace organizační struktury v rámci projektového řízení

Abstract

Aim of the thesis is to design an organizational structure in company netdevelo Ltd. using methods, techniques and project management approaches. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part includes theoretical introduction, terminology, methods and tools of project management and of organizational structures. The second part is focused on analysis of current situation; the company is introduced and their requirements to change the organizational structure are described. The third part of the thesis contains the project design how to change the organizational structure, description of the project implementation and evaluation of the project teams.
