Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to design the village square in health spa town Velichovky. The village is functionally divided into a spa resort and its own community. Missing the point that would unite these two parts. This should be a newly designed square, which is formed in the center of gravity of the village, a place where in history was a wooden and later stone fortress, castle, mansion owners of the manor and estate. From the estate is here preserved brewery building in the southwestern part and building, which today houses the municipal office. The former brewery is one of the subjects dealt thesis. There is also designed to complement the buildings. The consolidation of existing structures and the creation of new amenities. These objects are restaurants, guest house and colonnade with rooms for rent.
