Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to mapping the process of employee education and development in the chosen organization. Theoretical – methodical part of the thesis is focused on theoretical basis of education and development of employees. First there are some basic terms explained, which are related to the topic being solved. There are also descriptions of educational cycle, methods of education, costs and benefits. First in the application-verification part of the thesis, there is a brief characteristic of the chosen organization, furthermore there are descriptions and analysis of the system of development and education of employees in the chosen organization. For processing and evaluation of gained information, there was used a method of questionnaire investigation. It was found, that the present system of education and development of emplyees in the chosen organization is quite satisfactory. However, there were made some suggestions and possible recommendations for improving the process of education and development of emplyees.
