Charakterizace strukturních a mechanických vlastností hliníkových pěn

Abstract

This work is aimed on studying and characterisation of properties of aluminium foams. The theoretical part of this paper summarizes the current knowledge about their basic properties, applications possibilities and production. The practical part of this paper evaluates the structural properties of aluminum foam type Alporas and basic mechanical properties during uniaxial compression test. Main objective was to evaluate the homogeneity of delivered product, determine the effect of inhomogeneities on the mechanical properties and determine the effect of strain rate on the mechanical properties in compression.
