Abstract

In my thesis I inquire into the problems of job satisfaction. The aim of my thesis is recognition of overall job satisfaction by a combination of questionnaire and interviews in the studied company. The thesis is divided into several main sections. At the beginning of the thesis defines the concept of job satisfaction, job satisfaction definitions, methods of analysis, etc. The thesis investigated with relationship between work factors (salary, interpersonal relations, working conditions, content and character of work, etc.) to overall job satisfaction. For recognition of job satisfaction I used a combination of its own questionnaire and interview with company employees. The results showed the level of satisfaction with work factors and overall employees satisfaction. At the end of my thesis I try to suggest possible measures that could lead to optimalization of job satisfaction. I trust that this thesis will be contribution for employees and company HP trend, Ltd.
