Geometrický plán na zameranie stavby v k.ú. Olešná

Abstract

The contents of the Bachelor thesis is a copy of the geometric plan of the focus of the new family house in the cadastral territory of Olešná, which serve to kolaudácií construction. In each of the chapters I'm versed in the knowledge of the geometric plan of its historical development, and making a plan to use the processing and verification on the basis of knowledge gained throughout the study. The measurement is carried out according to a specific method of RTK GNSS technology. Office work I vyhotovovala in and GeoTab4 7.25 Kokeš. The result of the Bachelor thesis is a geometric plan for entry in the land register, record the detailed measurements of the changes that are contained in the annex, together with the other requisites in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Obsahom bakalárskej práce je zhotovenie geometrického plánu na zameranie novostavby rodinného domu v katastrálnom území Olešná, ktorý poslúži ku kolaudácií stavby. V jednotlivých kapitolách som sa venovala znalosťami o geometrickom pláne od jeho historického vývoja, využitia a tvorby plánu až po samotné spracovanie a overenie na základe znalostí získaných počas celého štúdia. Meranie sa vykonávalo podľa technológie GNSS konkrétne metódou RTK. Kancelárske práce som vyhotovovala v programe Kokeš 7.25 a GeoTab4. Výsledkom bakalárskej práce je geometrický plán pre zápis do katastra nehnuteľností a záznam podrobného merania zmien, ktoré sa nachádzajú v prílohe spolu s ďalšími náležitosťami podľa platnej legislatívy.
