Abstract

The aim od the Bachelor´s Thesis is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of company ABC and identify threats and opportunities arising from Environmental Analysis. The Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains the theoretical background of the work, which describes methods of external and internal analysis. The practical part of the thesis applies the strategic analysis methods on the specified company. The findings of the thesis are summarized by using the SWOT analysis and the thesis concludes with certain recommendations made for the company.
