Komparace managementu boxerských klubů v Ostravě

Abstract

Jako téma mé bakalářské práce jsem si zvolil porovnání managementu dvou boxerských klubů v Ostravě. V mé bakalářské práci jsem analyzoval managementy obou boxerských klubů. Zjistil jsem, jak tyto kluby fungují, jaké mají cíle, jak získávají finanční prostředky pro svou činnost a kam tyto prostředky směřují, jaké mají výdaje na svou činnost. Poukázal jsem na práci jednotlivých osob, především jsem se zaměřil na činnosti manažerů, jejich povinnosti a dovednosti. Tímto jsem získal objektivní přehled o stavu obou klubů, ze kterého jsem vyvodil závěry a doporučení. V mé práci analyzuji a porovnávám management obou boxerských klubů. Především se zaměřují na popis klubu, analýzu managementu klubu, analýzu finanční situace klubu a závěr je věnován SWOT analýze a rozhovoru s manažerem klubu.

As a topic of my thesis I chose to compare the management of two boxing clubs in Ostrava. In my thesis I analyzed the managements of the two boxing clubs. I saw how these clubs operate, what their goals as raise funds for their activities and where those funds are directed, as are the costs of its activities. I pointed to the work of individuals, in particular, I focused on the activities of managers, their responsibilities and skills. This I got an objective view of the status of both clubs, from which I draw the conclusions and recommendations. In my work I analyze and compare management of both boxing clubs. Primarily I focus on describing the club, club management analysis, analysis of the financial situation of the club and the end is dedicated to SWOT analysis and interview with managers of the club.
