Rodinný dům v Petřvaldě – vnitřní kanalizace se zaměřením na likvidaci splaškových vod

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dvoupodlažního rodinného domu situovaného v městě Petřvald ve stupni dokumentace pro realizaci stavby. Součástí zpracování je architektonicko-stavební řešení objektu, které vychází z požadavků na moderní bydlení, funkční dispoziční uspořádání a technickou proveditelnost navržené stavby. Objekt je navržen ze zdicího systému Porotherm, výplňové konstrukce tvoří plastová okna a dveře. Střešní konstrukce je řešena jako kombinovaná, přičemž část tvoří terasa s dlažbou a část extenzivní vegetační střecha. Práce zahrnuje rovněž kompletní výkresovou dokumentaci potřebnou pro realizaci stavby. V navazující části je práce zaměřena na návrh technického zařízení budovy, zejména vnitřní kanalizace se zaměřením na likvidaci splaškových vod. Součástí návrhu je dimenzování kanalizačního potrubí, návrh systému odvodu dešťových vod a řešení čištění odpadních vod prostřednictvím domovní čistírny odpadních vod. V závěru práce je provedeno srovnání vybraných typů čistíren odpadních vod z hlediska jejich technických parametrů, provozních požadavků a vhodnosti použití pro rodinný dům. Součástí je také návrh osazení čistírny splaškových vod.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of a two-storey family house located in the town of Petřvald at the level of documentation for construction execution. The bachelor’s thesis includes the architectural and structural design of the building, based on the requirements for modern living, functional spatial layout, and the technical feasibility of the proposed structure. The building is designed using the Porotherm masonry system, while the infill structures consist of plastic windows and doors. The roof structure is designed as a combined system, where one part forms a terrace with paving and the other part is an extensive green roof. The bachelor’s thesis also includes complete drawing documentation required for the realization of the building. In the following part, the bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of building services engineering, especially the internal sewerage system with emphasis on wastewater disposal. The design includes the sizing of sewer pipelines, the proposal of a rainwater drainage system, and the treatment of wastewater through a domestic wastewater treatment plant. In the final part, the bachelor’s thesis provides a comparison of selected types of wastewater treatment plants in terms of their technical parameters, operational requirements, and suitability for use in a family house. The bachelor’s thesis also includes the design of the installation of the domestic wastewater treatment plant.
