Programy na podporu začínajících podnikatelů

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci je zpracován přehled podpory začínajících podnikatelů. Jsou představeny podmínky pro její úspěšné schválení a čerpání. Podrobně je popsán jeden ze základních programů podpory START. Je prezentována historie a vývoj tohoto nástroje podpory. Jsou vysvětleny důležité pojmy související s předloženými návrhy projektů. Je vylíčen postup, jakým se projekty schvalují. Je analyzován současný stav poskytování podpory a jsou navržena možná východiska pro budoucnost. Ve vztahu k aktuální ekonomické situaci jsou vysvětleny opatření Národní ekonomické rady vlády. Je upravena struktura současné podpory podnikatelů směrem k zachování a zvýšení zaměstnanosti.

The bachelor thesis provides a support survey for new entrepreneurs. The thesis outlines conditions for the support's approval and withdrawing. There is also a detailed description of one of the basic support programmes START. There is an overview of a history and development of this support. Relevant terms related to to submitted project proposals are clarified. The procedure of approving the projects is explained as well. The current situation of providing the support is analysed and possible prospective options are suggested. Measures of the National Economic Commission of the Government concerning the current economic situation are discussed. The structure of the current entrepreneurial support is modified to suit the enhancement of the employment.
