Využití principů Safety-II v průmyslových podnicích v podmínkách ČR

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis examines the Safety-II safety management philosophy. By conducting a literature review on Safety-II and comparing its characteristics with traditional occupational safety management methods, it aims to describe and summarize its principles and main ideas. The thesis then focuses on developing proposals for the application of these methods in industrial enterprises in the Czech Republic, selected based on the identification of key areas for applying the principles. These proposals define which enterprises the methods are suitable for, the objectives for which they should be used, and how to implement the method by creating a general implementation plan for the company’s safety management.
