Abstract

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a family house with an architectural studio in Slezská Ostrava on plots No. 4986 and 4987, in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on Building Documentation [3], according to Annex No. 1 – in the case of a group of structures according to Annex No. 4 [3] .

The basis for the bachelor’s thesis is the documentation for the building permit, which I prepared in the course Studio Design I in the academic year 2023/2024 under the supervision of Ing. arch. Radim Václavík. This project was subsequently modified in the course Studio Design V in the academic year 2025/2026 under the supervision of Ing. arch. Jaroslav Hlinka. The study was further developed to the level of project documentation for a building permit, and the progress of the thesis was consulted with Ing. Marcela Halířová, Ph.D.

The bachelor's thesis contains project documentation consisting of a written and a drawing part. The work is prepared in accordance with the bachelor’s thesis assignment with a specialization in the field of architecture.
