Investiční záměr využití bývalé základní školy na ulici Mánesova v Havířově

Abstract

I my Thesis I deal with a proposal to change the use of the former elementary school on the Mánesova street in Havířov form of investment plan. The work includes the knowledge and materials necessary for the processing of the current state and design solutions. The proposed solution is prepared in two variants, such as commercial and non-commercial use. In the case of non-commercial use I proposed traffic home for the elderly and in case of commercial use, I object used as a recreational complex with accommodation facilities, restaurants, spas, art galleries and a children's entertainment center. Each variant is processed in complete form.
