Ověření metody zpracování bioodpadu vermikompostováním

Abstract

The dissertation addresses the issue of evaluation of biodegradable waste through vermicomposting. The work is focused on the problematically applicable wastes from industrial processes such as waste substrates from mushroom beds, digestate from biogas plants, paper mill fibre waste, sewage sludge and mixed organic waste. In the first part the very process of vermicomposting is characterized as well as the basic concepts of biodegradable wastes and related legislation. The practical part describes the basic parameters of the experiments, all further analyses of input and output materials, biological tests and tests of phytohormonal contents. The conclusion of the work is a summary of the results and confirmation of the possibility to use biowaste monitored for the production of fertilizers.
