Abstract
The aim of this work is to compare how much more difficult is the ceiling structure with balconies apart without balconies. Selection will be made on the basis of several criteria, namely according to a comparison of economic, time and public opinion. Both variants are made of POROTHERM system [31]. The solution chosen will be processed technological regulation implementing the ceiling structure. Part of the thesis are technical reports, technical assessment of the thermal structure of the building, itemized budgets and schedules of the variant and project documentation.
