Abstract

Ostrava 2020, The bachelor thesis VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering Number of pages: 73 The bachelor thesis is focused on elaboration of project documentation of a new family house, heat pump heating solution with the help of photovoltaic and photothermal panels and economic evaluation of the solution. Part of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of a new family house, in the scope for construction. Further elaboration of project documentation of heating of the family house, in the extent for construction realization. The envelope construction of the building is designed so that the family house meets the passive standard. The house will largely use renewable energy sources, for heating and hot water, mainly heat from the ground and solar radiation, this will reduce the overall energy performance of the building. At the end of the thesis is an economic evaluation of the investment with the length of return. Part of the bachelor thesis is elaborated project documentation of family house, technical report and relevant drawing documentation.
