Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis is clarify and bring section of EU cohesion policy and familiarize with the methodology of the project plans, which are co-financed by EU structural funds. And then reflect it implementation in practice is an example of preparation of the project. Diploma thesis consists of three parts. The second chapter deals EU cohesion policy, when was created and which tools are implemented. Another part of this chapter deals with the issue of project management of and methodology of projects which are co-financed from EU structural funds. The third of my thesis deals with the characteristic of the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation but also partial support program – Consultancy. The fourth chapter of this thesis presented as specific project plan. This project plan is presented and then evaluated.
