Vliv teploty na výsledky zkoušky rázem v ohybu podle Charpyho

Abstract

The main purpose of the practice part of this bachelor work was fulfillment of the Charpy impact test and implementation of the influence of temperature on the proportion brittle or ductile fracture.In theoretical part were in detail written the problematic of the mechanical properties metal materials and tests of the basics mechanical properties. Also the tensile test was written here, that is the one of the most important tests of material properties and the Charpy impact test .There were described an transition temperature, kinds of fracture and appearances of fracture flats after the Charpy impact test in this Bachelor’s.In experimental parts were made Charpy impact tests during 4 lowered temperatures and were analysed its fracture areas with stereomicroscope and Scanning Electron Microscope. From results of the Charpy impact test is obvious an interval of temperatures, between those is located the transition temperature.
