Zhodnocení vývoje rentability a zadluženosti společnosti Impex Plus, s.r.o.

Abstract

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je zhodnotenie vývoja rentability a zadlženosti spoločnosti Impex Plus, s.r.o. za roky 2012 – 2016. Práca je rozdelená do piatich kapitol. Prvá kapitola je úvod a posledná je záver. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na charakteristiku finančnej analýzy , opis analýzy odchýlok a pyramídových rozkladov. V tretej kapitole je predstavená spoločnosť Impex Plus, s.r.o. Ďalej sú riešené výsledky vertikálnej a horizontálnej analýzy, ktoré popisujú vývoj položiek finančných výkazov spoločnosti. V štvrtej kapitole sú okomentované vplyvy pôsobiace na zmeny vybraných vrcholových ukazovateľov rentability a zadlženosti. Následne sú výsledky porovnané s dvoma konkurenčnými firmami. Na záver sú zhodnotené zistené výsledky analyzovanej spoločnosti.

The aim of bachelor thesis is to evaluate the development of indicators of profitability and leverage of company Impex Plus, s.r.o. in years 2012 – 2016. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first one is introduction and the second one is conclusion. The second chapter is focused on the characteristics of the financial analysis, description of deviation analysis and pyramidal decompositions. In the third one is presented analysed company Impex Plus, s.r.o. Further are described results of vertical and horizontal analyses which characterized the development of items of the financial statements of the company. In the fourth chapter are commented the main influences on the changes of the top indicators of profitability and leverage and then are results compared with results of two competitive firms. Finally, there is summary of an overall assessment of the results of the analysed company.
