Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to create a survey sketch(geometric plan) for the designation of the building in the cadastral area of Ostřešany. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part explains the purpose of survey sketches and their role in the Cadastre of Real Estate. The practical part focuses on the elaboration of a specific survey sketch. The thesis describes the process of acquiring source data, field surveying using GNSS technology, data processing, and the final compilation of the survey sketch using Kokeš software. The result is complete documentation prepared for certification by the Cadastral Office.
