Abstract

Thesis „Optimal design of manufacturing process of the apartment building“ is developed into a project file containing all the elements according to applicable regulations. The proposed facility building is located on plot No. 649/3 on the street in the town of Jan Zizka Havirov. Its character as a building brick made using ceramic brick blocks Porotherm system. It is a detached three-storey building, partial basement. The ground floor is residential space and technical rooms. The other floors are proposed dwelling units. The building is covered with a flat roof. Labour is treated as project documentation for construction implementation, contains drawings of the necessary, process to process brickwork, itemized budget for construction work, construction schedule in form and timetable of line and drawing of the construction site.
