Abstract

This thesis called "FM and constructions for social services" has two aims. First of them is to show the sence of facility management in administration and servicing constructions which provide social services. In this work I attend to home for elderly people more closely. Since it is the building where we assume movement of people with disability the second aim of the thesis is processing the conditions for independent move of these people. One results of the work is a plan of an optimal living place, which fits to barierless using of the building. Next output of the work is a suggestion of changes in the home for elderly people, on wich the thesis was applied and in which an error was found in conflict with current legislation.
