Abstract

This Diploma Thesis deals with the Check System used in electronic circuit bards manufacturing by means of Surface Mount Technology. The System checks the names of programmes used by the particular machines in the line and via RFID technology it assures right identity, working life and interlocking of stencils. The System interrupts the manufacturing process if an inappropriate response of the test appears. The System is designed as a complex unit with a database in which configuration tables and results of the tests of all the lines are recorded. The final part of the thesis focuses on possible extension of the system and direction of its further development.
