Bytový dům - Opava-Kylešovice

Abstract

The main aim of this graduate theses is to propose a construction documentation of the block flat and its application on a specific construction site. This flat block is situated in a quiet location of the city Opava called Kylešovice, there are family houses and block of flats in the neighbourhood. The construction documentation was partly carried out in the subject “Architect project”. It was finished and attached in a paper format A3. The design documentation is a part of the construction documentation, which deals with accuracy of the project from the constructional, technological and architectural aspects. Construction documentation on a specific construction site includes a technical report, which is in accordance with norms of profession CCA Regulations and ČKAIT. The theses also deals with this part in attachment in compliance with a specialization of my bachelor thesis (architecture).
