Analýza spokojenosti obyvatel se sportovním vyžitím ve Frýdlantě nad Ostravicí

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the people satisfaction with sport activities in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. In the paper's introduction, the basic concepts of sports and physical culture, healthy lifestyles, leisure, sport financing, customer satisfaction and sociological research methods are characterized. The practical part focuses on the town characteristics and the description of sport fields, sports facilities and organizations that are located in the town. The analysis was performed using the interview method, questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis. Based on the information obtained, suggestions and recommendations that could lead to improvements in the quality level of sports activities in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí are put forward.
