Analýza a optimalizace ploch sídelní zeleně v obvodech statutárního města Ostravy

Abstract

Doktorská disertační práce nabízí pohled na problematiku sídelní zeleně v městských obvodech statutárního města Ostravy z hlediska komparací ukazatelů základních poch zeleně. Tento pohled mapuje stav a změny ve vývoji problematiky sídelní zeleně v letech 2001 a 2011. Cílem předložené disertační práce je analýza stavu, charakteru rozdílnosti a optimalizace v oblasti sídelní zeleně. Analýza je aplikována na území jednotlivých obvodů statutárního města Ostravy. Na základě analyzovaných dat navrhuje potřebná opatření, která by vedla k optimalizaci stávajícího stavu a tím i k odstranění nedostatků v sídelní zeleni. Cílovou skupinou řešení předložené práce je odborná veřejnost z oblasti managementu sídelní zeleně. Výsledky této práce mohou poskytnout náhled na stav a možnosti řešení této problematiky ve statutárním městě Ostrava a jemu podobným městům.

Doctoral dissertation offers a view on the issue of residential greenery in urban districts of the City of Ostrava comparisons in terms of basic indicators Poch green. This view maps the state and changes in the development of residential greenery issues in 2001 and 2011. The aim of the thesis is submitted to analysis of the status, nature of differentiation and optimization of residential green. The analysis is applied to the individual districts of Ostrava. Based on the analyzed data suggests the necessary measures that would lead to optimization of existing state and thus the elimination of deficiencies in the residential countryside. The target group of solutions presented work is an expert in the field of public management of residential green. The results of this work may provide insight into the situation and possible solutions to this issue in the statutory city of Ostrava and his similar cities.
