Strategické plánování podniku

Abstract

This thesis is focused on thorough analyses of external and internal factors of the company and all relevant information to formulate a strategy and strategic plan according to vision and values. The work is dividend into six chapters. There are defined basic ideas, processes, and analyses necessary for working out the pracitc part of the thesis which begin with introduction of the chosen company. Fourth chapter is focused on working out the strategic analyses and the fifth on formulating the SO strategy and strategic plan with setting the control system. The chosen company is Garden centre Korner. It is 24 years old company with tradition. The catchment area is the region of Ostrava and surroundings. Main subjects of enterprise are garden services, horticulture, garden nursery, retail and wholesale.
