Regenerace panelového sídliště v lokalitě náměstí Osvobození v Hodoníně

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh regenerace panelového sídliště náměstí Osvobození v Hodoníně. Specifikem tohoto sídliště je jeho umístění v bezprostřední blízkosti centra města. Tato poloha mu poskytuje mnoho výhod a naopak přináší mnoho problémů k řešení. Obsah této práce je zaměřen na obnovu zelených a komunikačních ploch. Revitalizace bude spočívat kromě úpravy komunikací a statické dopravy také v návrhu zařízení, ploch a objektů pro využití volného času, mládeže i dospělých a návrh vyvolaných přeložek technické infrastruktury. S přihlédnutím na místní podmínky byla zpracována jedna varianta.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose the regeneration of the panel housing estate of the square Osvobozeni in Hodonin. The specificity of this settlement is its location in the immediate vicinity of the city center. This position gives him many advantages and, on the contrary, brings many problems to the solution. The content of this work is focused on restoration of green and communication surfaces. Revitalization will include, besides adjusting communications and static transport, also in the design of facilities, areas and facilities for leisure time, youth and adults, and the proposal of the relocations of the technical infrastructure. Taking into account local conditions, one option was developed.
