Vývoj živnostenského podnikání ve vybraných městech České republiky v letech 2009 až 2019

Abstract

The theoretical part of the thesis contains basic information about the operation of trades in the Czech Republic, the terminology used is defined and explained, such as positive and negative definition of trade, conditions for obtaining a trade license, types of trades, trade license, certificate or concession deed, trade register. Furthermore, in this part of the thesis was discussed the inspections performed by trade licensing offices, their course and possible consequences. The practical part of the thesis dealt with a questionnaire survey and its evaluation. The development of trade business in selected cities in 2009–2019 was compared according to the types of trades. The questionnaire survey was focused on various aspects of trade business in the region.

In conclusion, the results of the questionnaire survey were summarized and conclusions were made regarding the development of trade business in the Moravian - Silesian Region during the observed period.
