Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is the employee appraissal. I have especially focused on criteria and methods of job performance and job behaviour. In the first theoretical part of this thesis I mentioned sequence appraissal – remuneration and development. I have also outlined contribution of the employee appraissal for a company as well as for employees and analysed the commonly used methods. In the practical part I have analysed the status quo in this area in KONSTRUKCE Media, s.r.o. company. Finally I have suggested several precautions to possibly improve the process of employee appraissal in the company.
