Abstract
The aim of thesis is to design the control system for the device to scan the surface of steel workpieces. The first part is the analysis of the device, both in terms of structure, both as mainly from the motor. Here are described individual motors built into the device that is used to perform the motion, and the principles of their operation. The second section describes the used processor, design and block diagram of the control module, and the design of control algorithm. For this proposal has been analytically deduced equations, for setting the individual actuators, according to the input point and vector of the desired position effector.
