Analýza manažerských činností volejbalového trenéra

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the managerial role of the coach in the volleyball club VK Napajedla, z. s., which operates at a lower competitive level. The aim was to evaluate the scope of the coach’s activities and to identify areas for improvement. A SW analysis of the coach’s strengths and weaknesses, including the players' perspective, was created based on an interview with the coach and a questionnaire survey among the players. The research showed that the coach fulfills a variety of managerial functions while facing challenges related to financing, education, and motivation.
