Hodnocení projektů v Operačním programu Vzdělávání pro konkurenceschopnost

Abstract

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the basis of the project management and concepts that are necessary to be understand during the work with projects. Hereafter there is described the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness that is the subject of this bachelor thesis. The practical part deals with the analysis of activities of the intermediary subject OP VK, thus the analysis of the activities of the department CERA and follow-up evaluation of the specific project that was realized within the OP VK. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the specific project on the basis of the brief characteristic of the project management theory, the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness and process and activities of the department CERA and recommend the precautions that increase the probability of the project achievement during the system of the factual assessment.
