Možnosti analýzy způsobilosti procesů v nestandardních situacích

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on problems with process capability analysis in nonstandard situations. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on description of process capability determination principles and analysis of testing methods for capability indices basic presumptions. In the theoretical part was performed analysis of particular process capability analysis methods in situations without basic presumptions fulfilled. The aim of the practical part was to perform an evaluation of the methods described in the theoretical part. The evaluation of the nonstandard capability analysis methods was performed on simulated data. In the following part there was performed a survey in Czech companies on approaches to nonstandard situations capability indices determination. A capability analysis for situation when normality presumption is broken was proceeded in the closing part. This analysis was done for spacer cutting in the BENEKOVterm company, which main business is the ecological boilers production.
